Megan is beyond excellent. She went out of her way to address a septic emergency we had and communicated every step of the way. She also gave us a great deal on risers, compared to other companies we got quotes from. She knows her trade well and would highly recommend her services.

Frequently asked questions

Question

How often should I pump my septic tank?

The short answer is every 3-5 years. Each septic system is unique and a proper pumpout schedule is determined based on the systems age, occupancy, and usage. We determine the proper schedule by gathering evidence during service and include it on the Service Summary Form under "recommendations" at the end of each job.

Question

What if I don't know where my septic tank is located?

Not knowing the location of your system is not a problem. We have a variety of methods we use to locate and solutions to ensure you know the location in the future.

Question

Why do I need to pump my septic tank?

Your septic tank accumulates solids over time. Once accumulation reaches 30% or more, solids will begin accumulating to other system components, causing decreased drainage due to clogs, damaging soil saturation rate, and ultimately cause the system to fail. Pumping out accumulated solids every 3-5 years is the only way to keep solids out of other components and maintain the longevity of your septic system.
